Dr. Eisenkop is a graduate of the University of Health Sciences-The Chicago Medical School. His residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology was at the University of Southern California and he completed his Fellowship in Gynecologic Oncology at the University of California at Los Angeles. Dr. Eisenkop is board certified in Gynecologic Oncology, a Fellow in the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and a full member in the Society of Gynecologic Oncologists. He has authored numerous publications concerning female genital malignancies and is widely renowned as an innovator of the surgical management of patients with advanced and recurrent epithelial ovarian cancer. He has recently published articles in a peer review journal that report the best long-term survival for patients with newly diagnosed and with recurrent ovarian cancer reported in the medical literature. Dr. Eisenkop is also known as for his expertise in the laparoscopic management of endometrial cancer.
